Access Engineering PLC, the foremost civil engineering enterprise in Sri Lanka was honored with a Gold award at the 55th Annual Reports Awards Ceremony held on 3rd of December 2019 for its outstanding performance in corporate governance and disclosure.

The annual report awards, organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka aims to reward excellence in financial reporting standards related to integrated reporting, disclosure frameworks and the inclusion of robust sustainability metrics.

This award received by Access Engineering PLC validates the effective disclosure of financial performance, operational excellence, corporate governance, construction performance and sustainability practices that drive Access Engineering towards achieving greater excellence in financial reporting.

With increasing emphasis being placed on transparency in operations, good governance, sustainability and social responsibility; Access Engineering PLC’s integrated report provides a holistic view of the company’s operations. This is the 6th consecutive year Access Engineering PLC has produced an integrated report. This report has been prepared in accordance with GRI G4 reporting guidelines and the IR framework and has been assured externally. As a result, Access Engineering PLC was consecutively appraised with the prestigious gold award under the construction sector by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka over the past successive years.
