Dehiwala Flyover

Dehiwala Flyover Bridge was constructed across Dehiwala Hill Street – Station Road junction of the Galle
Road with the aim of easing the traffic congestion at one of the entrances to the city limits. The bridge is a 335 m long, 7.35 m wide two lane steel structure and was erected on pile foundations and RCC Columns. Additionally, two 3.5m lanes run parallel on ground level. There is also provision for Bus bays on either side of the road.
