Palitha joined the Company in 2007 as Deputy General Manager (Construction) and was promoted to General Manager in 2009 and he currently functions as a Senior Consultant for Access Engineering PLC. He holds an MSc Degree in Civil Engineering (USSR), an MEng Degree in Construction Management (University of Moratuwa) and an MBA (Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura). He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Engineers, Sri Lanka and a Corporate Member of the Institute of Engineers (Australia). Before joining the Company, he served in the National Water Supply and Drainage Board for 20 years in the capacities of Chief Engineer, Project Manager, Assistant General Manager and Project Director.
