Access Projects (Private) Limited

Access Projects was established in 2002 to provide architectural and engineering building solutions to a spectrum of clients. With professionally qualified engineers, quantity surveyors, draftsmen, marketers, accountants, and support staff the Company has made a significant impact, primarily in the leisure industry and in construction, refurbishment, and renovation. It also has a significant market share in the aluminium and ceiling segment in Sri Lanka and is the sole franchiser of Aluk Italy proprietary aluminium doors, windows, and curtain wall systems. Among few significant projects include the construction of Capital Heights Rajagiriya, Horizon Knowledge City Malabe, Altair Residential Project Colombo 2, Defence Headquarters Complex Akuregoda, and Academy of Design (AOD) Colombo 4.

Access Realties (Private) Limited

A 100% owned subsidiary of AEL, Access Realties is the proprietor and managing agent of Access Towers, a 12-story complex providing more than 125,000 square feet of office space complete with a slick captivating design, corporate amenities, and contemporary resources. Access Towers was completed in 1998 and now functions as the headquarters of AEL as well as being home to many tenants.

Access Realties II (Private) Limited

Access Realties II is a fully-owned subsidiary of Access Realties (Private) Limited. Its premier project is the Access South Tower: A G+29 storey modern high-rise office complex with approximately 200,000 sq. ft. of A-Grade, state-of-the-art office space. Located close to the urban centre, Access Tower II (South) is an ideal location to grow and develop a business. The location is blessed with breath-taking views of the Indian Ocean, Beira Lake, and the Colombo Skyline. The Tower has a diverse range of occupants from a wide variety of sectors.

Harbour Village (Private) Limited

Harbour Village is a joint venture between AEL, China Harbour Engineering Company and Musthafa’s Singapore (Private) Limited. This Company was formed to seize opportunities in the real estate sector in Sri Lanka. Its mixed-development project, the five-towered Marina Square, Colombo with 1,068 units and 150,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, will be equipped with the finest finishes, modern amenities and sweeping views of the Indian Ocean and Colombo Port.

Blue Star Realties (Private) Limited

Blue Star Realties’ flagship project Capital Heights Rajagiriya is a unique real estate venture comprising 242 apartments. W U S Logistics (Pvt) Ltd

W U S Logistics (Pvt) Ltd. is engaged in the construction of Sri Lanka’s largest single roof warehouse and will cover the entire logistics spectrum from temperature-controlled storage, sanitary food grade environments, to secure outdoor facilities and many more. This state-of-the-art Logistics City project is built on an approximately 42-acre land plot in Katunayake. The warehouse and the office space are built on a 9-acre land plot, spanning over 430,000 sq. ft. Upon completion, the pre-engineered steel building will be the 2nd Largest in South Asia.

Lanka AAC (Private) Limited

Lanka AAC (Pvt) Ltd is in the business of manufacturing Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks, a light weight brick used in the construction industry. AAC blocks are a green product, where fly ash is the main raw material that goes into its production. The product has energy saving, light weight, superior acoustics and fire resistant characteristics and helps to reduce the deadweight in structures and thereby results in more optimized structural designs leading to overall cost savings for the industry. The factory of Lanka AAC is located in Puttalam Industrial Estate within a span of 3 acres.

ARL Elevate (Private) Limited

ARL Elevate (Private) Limited is a 100% owned subsidiary of Access Realties (Private) Limited. Managed by Jetwing Hotels, Elevate boasts of an exclusive member’s lounge, private dining, a fitness centre, a restaurant, and meeting rooms which offer personalized services to any visitor. Elevate is the perfect choice for professional meetings, leisure, bespoke and customized events comprising of the finest amenities, event management services and state-of-the-art technology offering a unique experience in the heart of Colombo.

Sathosa Motors PLC

Sathosa Motors PLC (SML) is a renowned subsidiary of AEL since 2012 and is the franchise holder for Isuzu Motor Vehicles and Spare Parts in Sri Lanka and Maldives. It has capitalised on the niche market of reliable, low maintenance transportation solutions. The value proposition and unmatched aftercare service that SML offers has created a loyal customer base. SML will further expand its position as a trusted leader in the automotive industry.

Access Motors (Private) Limited

Access Motors is the sole authorised distributor for Jaguar and Land Rover (JLR) vehicles in Sri Lanka. The company is engaged in new vehicle sales, spare parts sales, and workshop services. The new vehicle showroom is located at Flower Road, Colombo 7 and a workshop is located in Welisara. During 2020 the company opened a brand new 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare parts) facility in Boralesgamuwa, along with a state-of-the-art body shop in Raththanapitiya.

ZPMC Lanka (Private) Limited

Established in 2013, ZPMC Lanka Company (Private) Limited, is a Joint Venture between AEL & Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Company Limited (ZPMC), which is the world’s largest port handling equipment manufacturer. ZPMC Lanka provides services to all the container terminals in Sri Lanka, including maintenance contract for container handling equipment and facility maintenance for Colombo International Container Terminals (CICT) and Hambantota International Port Group (HIPG). It also conducts special repairs and refurbishment work of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) and South Asia Gateway Terminals (SAGT) as well as commissioning work of ZPMC Ship to Shore and Rubber Tired Gantry Cranes to SLPA. ZPMC Lanka also provides spare parts and special repair services to most of the container terminals in Pakistan.

Access Logistics (Pvt) Ltd. is the latest addition to the AEL Group. Future prospects of the company include the development of logistics and warehousing facilities for renting purposes.
